How the Gold Letter works:
- Order a free gold letter: We will send you a gold letter and a prepaid and insured return label to your home.
- Submit your items: Send a picture of the items you sent to tavex@tavex.dk as security. Then pack your gold or silver securely in the box and drop off the package at a PostNord parcel shop.
- Assessment and offer: We will analyze and weigh your gold upon receipt and provide a non-binding offer based on the current price and our price guarantee.
- Fast payout: Upon acceptance, the amount will be transferred quickly via instant transfer to your account.
